We are introducing you to Aggarwal Foundry & Engg. Works. Our Company was formed in 1974 at the existing premises of 5000 Sq. yards which is mostly developed now. The unit is promoted & managed by professional Engineers with a capital base of Rs. 35 million. It has attained a turnover of Rs. 45 million in the last financial year & we are expecting a growth of another 30-40% in the year 2010-2011. Our company is having a Foundry Shop, a Machine Shop & a Fabrication Shop. We undertake Graded Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Casting components & heavy fabrication. Our company has the distinction of being the first Foundry of this area to have effective Pollution Control Devices on all the Furnaces & a separate such device on the Shot Blasting Machine. Effective measures have been provided for the workers employed o the hazardous operations. To facilitate the manufacturing, we have molding machines, Modern Cupla Furnaces, related machine shop with Planers, Shapers, Lathes, Radial Drill Machines, Computerized Dynamic Balancing Machine with a Printer etc. & a separate shop for fabrication with an Overhead Crane. Wherever needed handling equipment like the overhead cranes of the desired capacity have been installed to facilitate manufacturing. The company has another feather to its cap. We have got the latest ISO certification 9001-2000 by International Certification Limited, Auckland, New Zealand, thus providing us with an edge over other competitors. Our major customers are mainly O.E. manufacturers & people related to Exports including direct overseas buyers.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES:

The company has a Foundry Shop, a Related Machine Shop & a Fabrication Shop. It also has an in house facility for Shot Blasting.

The company is exporting since 1995 to U.S.A. Regular repeat orders are being obtained from time to time. The orders being executed are direct & not through any intermediater.

The company has the distinction of being one of the very few companies in India in this area to have an ISO 9001-2000 Certification by International Certification Limited, Auckland, New Zealand (Registration Certificate No. 12499.02 dated July 22,2002) for C.I.
